Exchanges and Returns
At Knogins HQ we want you to be 100% happy with the items that you purchase from us! Caps for babies and kids can be difficult to judge. Maybe you have the wrong size?
Not a problem! Simply include a note regarding the exchange or refund and we'll process it straight away. Return your unworn cap within 14 days.
If you‘re not happy with your new items, we‘ve made it easy for you to return the item/s back to us as easily as possible!
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM TO US
1. First, please email us to see how we can help you and to ensure we have stock of the item you would like to return for at firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Then place your items you‘re returning in a box with a note including your name, order number and size you would like to return it for. Please address to;

2. Take the parcel to your local post office or courier service of your choice and send it to the address above. We recommend using a tracked service for added security as we cannot process your return until it's been delivered to our warehouse.
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Knogins is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind. This includes payments made with AfterPay. You are responsible for the returns postage costs and the new shipping cost.
If there is a major fault with the style you've purchased, we will offer to replace it where available. All claims for faulty styles are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund is at Knogin’s discretion. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges due to the fast turnover of product.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Any items marked as on SALE on a product page description are final and cannot be returned to us (subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law). Any Sale items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED?
- Items that are marked as "Final Sale" on the product page description
- Bibs - due to hygiene reasons
- All items which fail to comply with any of our conditions under 'What can be Returned?"
PROCESSING OF RETURNS
We aim to process all returns within 2-5 business days of receiving your return. Upon completion, an email will be sent to you with your online credit note/e-gift card for you to use.
During sale periods and public holidays, we ask to allow for an extra 1-2 business days for the returns process.
We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent back to us (we recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number).
Due to the fast turnover of our stock, we do not provide exchanges or hold styles - we recommend using your online credit to purchase a new size or product.
If you believe your apparel has a fault, please email our friendly customer service team at email@example.com. Upon receiving your request we will handle this with high priority to arrange the best possible course of action.
RETURNS USING AFTERPAY
Returns remain subject to Knogins' returns policy.
If you wish to return your item/s, send them back to us as you would for a normal order.
When Knogin’s receives the item/s and accepts your return, we will issue a credit note for the total value of the item/s returned.
Your agreement with AfterPay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
